Deltek Bookkeeper/Accountant 

As a Deltek bookkeeper/accountant, you'll join our outsourced accounting services group, which supports the accounting service needs of our Architect and Engineering clients.  Full-time and part-time positions are avialable.

Join our team of professionals who work with our clients who utilize Deltek Vision.  We provide our clients a host of services including implementation, training, outsourced accounting and IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight of clients' daily or periodic
      bookkeeping, either on-site at the client's office or
      through remote/cloud connection
• Learn and consult on best bookkeeping practice
      soultions
• Provide advice on resolving Deltek Vision software
      issues
• Handle special projects

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of accounting
      and Deltek Vision software experience
• Experience in processing billing, accounts
      payable, and payroll
• Experience in reconciling cash, fixed assets,
      payroll, and other GL accounts
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving
      and process skills
• Strong communications skills
• Word and advanced Excel skills
• Expert computer skills required for our high-tech
      environment
